You may have noticed that there are three pre-made playable Sims that have different facial structures if they are extracted to BodyShop. If they are viewed in Create a Sim however, their facial structures will be identical to those that they have in-game. The genetics that these three Sims pass on will match the facial features that they have in-game. And the only way to get the facial features they have in BodyShop to show up is if their BodyShop replicas are manually saved by clicking the tick option in BodyShop.

- Denise Jacquet, a pre-made playable elder Sim that resides in Bluewater Village, the shopping district that ships with The Sims 2: Open for Business.
- Gilbert Jacquet, a pre-made playable adult Sim that resides in Bluewater Village, the shopping district that ships with The Sims 2: Open for Business.
