Notes

  • While it isn't explicitly shown on the list of usergroup rights, there are a few other unique abilities among certain usergroups.
    • Discussion Moderators, Administrators, Global Discussion Moderators, Wiki Specialists, and Fandom Staff are able to edit Discussions guidelines. Any user not in those groups will be able to read the guidelines but not edit them.
    • Administrators are able to move a maximum of 20 pages and use the rollback button a maximum of 20 times in one minute. Other users are only able to move a maximum of 2 pages in 4 minutes and use the rollback button a maximum of 10 times in one minute, unless they have the ability to be exempted from rate limits.
    • Bots are able to move a maximum of 80 pages and do a maximum of 80 edits in one minute. Other users are only able to move a maximum of 2 pages in 4 minutes and do a maximum of 40 edits in one minute, unless they have the ability to be exempted from rate limits.
