A fan made playing cards game created by C.Syde65.

Creation:

I first created this game in late 2003 or early 2004 when I was about eight years old. I have since been adding additional rules to the game to make it more interesting. Also the additional rules allow players to complete a game in a short length of time, as opposed to ages. The game is only intended for two players.

The aim of the game:

The objective is to yield all four jack cards. The game ends when a player has all four jacks - and wins. Each player must take a card from the top of the pile. If the card is a standard number card [2-10] then the player starts a standard card pile for all number cards they pick up.

Jacks:

If the player picks up a Jack card, they place it in a separate pile from their standard number cards. Jacks should not be placed directly over each other, so as to show exactly how many jack cards the player currently has.

Kings:

If the player picks up a king card, they must immediately transfer all their number cards and jacks to the bottom of the card pile along with the king card.

NEW! RULES AS OF 2013:

Jokers:

If the player picks up a Joker card, they place it in a separate pile from their standard number cards. Jokers should not be placed directly over each other, so as to show that the players have both joker cards.

Until 2011, jokers were treated the same as standard number cards. From 2011 to 2013, jokers were allowed to be used as additional jacks so that players didn't have to wait to pick up all jacks without picking up any kings.

Jokers and Kings:

If the player already has at least one joker card when picking up a king card, they must immediately transfer all their number cards, the king card and one joker card to the bottom of the card pile. The player keeps their jacks, other jokers (if any), queen and (as of 2014) ace cards.

Queens:

If the player picks up a Queen card, they place it in a separate pile from their standard number cards. Queens should not be placed over each other, so as to show how many queen cards the player currently has.

Until 2013, queens were treated the same as standard number cards.

Queens and Kings of the same suit: [1]

If the player picks up a king card when they already have a queen card, if they are of the same suit (e.g. diamonds), they must immediately transfer their king card, queen card (of the same suit) and standard number cards to the bottom of the card pile. The players keep their jacks, jokers, other queens (if any) and (as of 2014) ace cards.

Queens and Kings of the same suit: [2]

If the player picks up a king card when their opponent already has the queen card of the same suit, their opponent must immediately transfer all their cards to the player. Then the player must immediately transfer their queen cards, standard number cards and ace cards to the bottom of the card pile along with the king card. The player keeps their jack and joker cards. This rule overrides all other rules for this game.

NEW! RULES AS OF 2014

Aces:

If the player picks up an ace card, they place it in a separate pile from their standard number cards. Aces should not be placed directly over each other, so as to show how many ace cards the player currently has.

Until 2014, aces were treated the same as standard number cards.

Ace of Spades:

If the player has this card when picking up the a king card of a different suit, they keep their queens, jokers, jacks, and ace cards. If the player picks up the king of spades, they keep their queens, jokers and ace cards, but they lose all other cards. This rule overrides the next rule for this game.

Other Aces:

If the player has an ace of a suit other than spades when picking up a king card of that same suit (e.g. hearts), they keep their queens, jokers, jacks, and ace cards. If the player picks up a king of a different suit, they keep their queens, jokers, and ace cards, but they lose all other cards.
