Crash Bash The Locked Crates from Crash Bash have brown wood and white iron instead of orangey red wood and purplish grey iron. Also unlike the locked crates from the Naughty Dog games, these ones do not contain Wumpa Fruit. In Crash Bash these crates are used in the Drain Bash level in the place of blocks which are used for throwing or kicking at opposing players.

Purple ? and ! Crates

Models: Appearances: Information:
Crash Bash Purple ? Crate
Crash Bash
(Purple ? Crates)
The Purple ? Crates closely resemble the ? Crates from the Naughty Dog games in appearance except they are purple instead of brown and are likely made of something else other than wood. In the level Drain Bash, they must be kicked or thrown to release their contents, in which case either a Wumpa Fruit, Homing Energy Orb, Eight Way Missile, or Sonic Ring will appear. In Ring Ding, they contain either Hover Boots or the Vacuum Cleaner, while in Mallet Mash, they contain either Speedy Boots or a Shock Wave.
Crash Bash Purple ! Crate
Crash Bash
(Purple ! Crates)
The Purple ! Crates closely resemble the Iron ! Crates and Green Iron ! Nitro Switch Crates from the Naughty Dog games in appearance except they are purple instead of grey or green and appear to made of something other than iron or wood. Purple ! Crates are another type of crate exclusive to Crash Bash. It appears in all of the Pogo Pandemonium levels except for Pogo-a-Gogo. After landing on this crate, all of the player's squares will turn into points.

Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped The Bombs that appear in the Jet-Ski levels in Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped.
Crash Bash Bomb
Crash Bash
(Polar Push)
The Cannon Bombs that appear in the Polar Push mini-games in Crash Bash are much less detailed than the bombs that appear in other games. Since the cannon bombs that appear in Crash Bash are much smaller than their counterparts from other games, it probably explains why the developers didn't trouble to make a more expressive or defined model.
Crash Bash Cannon Bomb
Crash Bash
(Tank Wars)
The Cannon Bombs that appear in the Tank War mini-games in Crash Bash are much less detailed than the bombs that appear in other games. Since the cannon bombs that appear in Crash Bash are much smaller than their counterparts from other games, it probably explains why the developers didn't trouble to make a more expressive or defined model.
Crash Nitro Kart Bowling Bomb
Crash Nitro Kart
(Bowling Bombs)
Though the basic design from the bombs that appear in Crash 3 is kept, the colour hue seems to have changed somewhat. Besides the added orange to the end of the string, the appearance of the bombs is largely unchanged.

Crash Bash
(Nitros Oxide's Missiles)
Nitros Oxide's Missiles from Crash Bash are very different in appearance from the Missiles from Crash 2 and Crash 3. The shape of the missile in general is also different.
Crash Nitro Kart Homing Missile
Crash Nitro Kart The Homing Missiles from Crash Nitro Kart are very different in appearance from Nitros Oxide's Missiles from Crash Bash. The shape of the missile in general is also different.

Sane Trilogy This model greatly resembles the previous one, but it has changed from a rocky texture to a snowy texture to fit in with the more snowy atmosphere of the chase scenes. Models: Appearances: Information:
Crash Bandicoot Rolling Stone
Crash Bandicoot Rolling Stone's original design.
Crash Bandicoot 2 Cortex Strikes Back Rolling Stone
Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back The Rolling Stones from Crash 2 closely resemble their Crash 1 counterparts with a few differences, namely the V patterns in the place of tiki patterns, and the more jagged ring hole. Since these rolling stones are found in snow themed levels, instead of the jungle, they are covered in ice.
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy Rolling Stone
Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy This model is a much more expressive and defined resemblance of the original model. Vicarious Visions created this model for the N. Sane Trilogy, a remaster of the first three Crash games.

Mines

Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back
(Water Mines)
Water Mines as they appear in Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back.
Crash Bandicoot 2 Cortex Strikes Back Land Mine
Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back
(Land Mines)
The Land Mines from Cortex Strikes Back bear little to no resemblance to the Water Mines, both visually and behaviour wise. So a model comparison is not possible. While Crash cannot be killed by these Mines directly, they can send him flying through the air, temporarily stunning him, if Crash touches them.
Crash Bandicoot 3 Warped Mine
Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped
(Underwater Mines)
The Underwater Mines from Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped bear little to no resemblance to the Mines from Cortex Strikes Back, both visually and behaviour wise. So a model comparison is not possible. These Mines are attached to chains and follow Crash's movements. Shooting a missile from the submergible at the mines is the only way Crash can safely destroy them.
Land Mine Crash Bandicoot 3 Warped
Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped
(Land Mines)
The Land Mines from Warped look sort of similar to how they looked in Cortex Strikes Back, except they are a different shape and colour, and function differently. These Mines function similar to the way TNT Crates do, as they explode roughly three seconds after Cortex places them on the ground during his boss fight, and the noise they make when counting down sounds almost if not the same as well. Though unlike TNT Crates, the Mines don't have numbers appearing on them when counting down.
Crash Bash Spiked Land Mine
Crash Bash
(Spiky Land Mines)
The Spiky Land Mines from Crash Bash don't really resemble the mines from the previous games, as they are based off spiked circular mines rather than land mines, water mines, or underwater mines. Though like the water mines and underwater mines, these mines too have spikes. These mines are the weapons that Tiny Tiger and Koala Kong shoot out of their cannons during the tank war levels. They cause more damage than the weapons the other characters use, but they don't move very fast.
Crash Bash Mine
Crash Bash These Mines from Crash Bash bear little to no visual resemblance to the other mines, so a model comparison is not possible.
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy Water Mine

(Land Mines)
This model is a much more detailed and 3-D resemblance of the Land Mines from Cortex Strikes Back. The top of the mines are now circular instead of octangular. The tops of the mines are also now metallic. The bolts holding the mines together are smaller. Vicarious Visions created this model for the N. Sane Trilogy, a remaster of the first three Crash games.
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy Underwater Mine
Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy
(Underwater Mines)
This model is a much more detailed and 3-D resemblance of the Underwater Mines from Warped. The mines have red stripes and a slightly more green hue, not quite as orange now. The chains are now held by metal locks. Vicarious Visions created this model for the N. Sane Trilogy, a remaster of the first three Crash games.

Rolling Barrels

Models: Appearances: Information:
Crash Bandicoot 2 Cortex Strikes Back Rolling Barrel
Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back Toxic Waste Barrels are hazards in the sewer levels of Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, where they constantly roll from side to side, and must be passed through via good timing.
Crash Bandicoot 3 Warped Rolling Barrel
Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped Wooden Barrels are hazards in the riding levels in Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped, where they roll down the hills when Coco and Pura are going up. If Coco and Pura have no Aku Aku masks when they are hit, the Rolling Barrels will knock Coco off Pura and onto the ground. However if the player is holding down the circle button, or the R2 button to make Pura sprint, running into the barrels may cause them to smash, allowing Coco and Pura to continue without taking any damage.
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy Rolling Barrel
Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy
(Toxic Waste Barrels)
This model is a much more detailed and 3-D resemblance of the Toxic Waste Barrels from Cortex Strikes Back. Vicarious Visions created this model for the N. Sane Trilogy, a remaster of the first three Crash games.
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy Rolling Wooden Barrel
Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy
(Wooden Barrels)
This model is a much more detailed and 3-D resemblance of the Wooden Barrels from Warped. The colours are lighter and brighter than before. The barrels are more realistic, with metal rings holding them together. Vicarious Visions created this model for the N. Sane Trilogy, a remaster of the first three Crash games.

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy Blob
Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy
(Green Blobs)
The Green Blobs from the Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy closely resemble the green blobs from the original game, but they are much more detailed. They seem to have a squishy texture and don't have light spots in them like the ones in the original game. They also have faces, with red eyes. It is much more explainable now how jumping on the blobs harm N. Brio during his boss fight. Vicarious Visions created this model for the N. Sane Trilogy, a remaster of the first three Crash games.

Crash Bash The Fireballs from Crash Bash are the weapons that Dingodile and Rilla Roo shoot out of their cannons during the tank war levels. They are able to shoot two fireballs at once, but while the fireballs have an average speed, they don't cause much damage. They are perfect for targeting more enemies or for quick kills.

Golden Projectiles

Models: Appearances: Information:
Crash Bandicoot 3 Warped Golden Projectile
Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped Doctor N. Gin's Golden Projectiles from Warped.
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy Golden Projectile

Crash Bandicoot 3 Warped Speed Ramp
Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped
(Speed Ramps)
The Speed Ramps from the jet-ski levels of Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped function the same way they did in Cortex Strikes Back, except that using them will cause Coco's jet-ski to accelerate, which is partly due to the jet-ski having a much more powerful engine than the jet board.
Crash Bandicoot 3 Warped Ramp
Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped
(Wooden Ramps)
The Wooden Ramps from the motorcycle levels of Warped differ greatly from the two previous ramps in appearance. Unlike the two previous ramps, these ones won't necessarily make the player go faster while going up them, in-fact in some cases, they may make the player go slower.
